We gave the book a fresh look, re-wrote much of the content and refocused it, creating a consistent layout. We added “did you know?” callouts highlighting key information, and added a reference area for all forms. The biggest change was to move the franchise-driven marketing to the front, for easier access with less emphasis on the turn-key programs that are supported by corporate marketing. Our work resulted in a clean, easy-access, re-organized book that emphasizes the marketing programs that are important to the field.
