Citizens Bank wanted to target new customers with series of campaigns. To find the prospects, d.trio created a customer profile of Citizens’ best customer group and incorporated P$YCLE segmentation to find prospects with similar attributes and designed campaigns with messaging relevant to the segments. Through mailings, follow up postcards, emails and cross sell packages, we tested numerous variables to find what resonated and applied those learnings to tuture campaigns.
