When AgriBank decided to spin-off its Business/Technology Services unit into a separate company, they asked d.trio to develop a name and brand identity for the new organization. We began with research to determine current brand attributes, perceptions, unique strengths, weaknesses and competition. Personal interviews and online surveys were conducted with board members, employees and key customers to obtain the information needed to develop key brand messages and positioning statements for the new company.

A naming process followed, to create a name that would reflect Agribank’s agricultural heritage and their technology and service focus. SunStream, the new company name, conveys the reliability, streamlined operations and constant flow of steady support that the company provides. Using the brand insights and leveraging SunStream’s key values and qualities, d.trio created the full brand identity.  This included a logo, brand look and feel, brand identity standards and a stationery system (letterhead, business cards, envelopes, email signatures and other SunStream templated forms).

d.trio also assisted with internal communications, to keep employees informed and excited about the brand as it developed. The final touch included d.trio’s participation as speaker at the brand reveal party.
