Refreshing creative for stand-out emails

SunTrust Correspondent Lending provide a wide range of mortgage solutions for consumers and lenders. SunTrust wanted to refresh the tone and imagery to set them apart from traditional bank messaging and photography and felt their current agency was becoming complacent.

SOLUTION
Correspondent Lending wanted to set themselves apart from traditional banking by using a more casual, tongue-in-cheek tone in copy partnered with unexpected imagery. d.trio focused on dynamic and unusual office photography with attention-grabbing headlines for emails. The same creative approach is used for images and headlines in their quarterly newsletter, although the body content remains educational. The changes have led the client to repeatedly express appreciation for the level of creativity.
