On the Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend, d.trio received a call from U.S. Bank with an urgent request. Could we help them craft a series of emails and banner ads — over the labor day weekend — so they have something to present on Tuesday morning? Their challenge was that their Mobile app provider was going away, and all mobile app users would need to download a new app. Apps have become an important mix in the banking world, and this was a serious and urgent matter.

We said “no problem” and quickly gathered a creative team without any plans for the long weekend, and were ready for our clients on Tuesday morning. Our message resonated well, as did our designs and we were thrilled to help craft this important message to their clients. The project was very successful.
